Black Friday is almost here, and Amazon has kicked off its sale early with huge savings on big name brands – including goods from their very own label.

Shoppers can expect up to 60% off Fire TV Sticks, Kindle devices, Ring and Blink Home Security plus major discounts on Echo Devices with Alexa built in like the popular Echo Pop and Echo Show.

Even though the sales extravaganza doesn’t officially start until November 24, the warehouse giant have been dropping Black Friday deals daily – giving customers discounts on everything from home, fashion, beauty, sports equipment, technology, electrical items and so much more. Did someone say Christmas shopping opportunity? Because we think so.

If you’ve been waiting to kit your home out with a Ring doorbell or home security devices whilst you vacate over the Christmas holidays, fancy keeping your children entertained with a new Fire Kids Tablet or excited to get cosy on the sofa throughout December, watching endless festive films – then look no further.

Shoppers can look forward to save themselves 60% off the ‘small but mighty’ Echo Pop Bluetooth smart speaker with Alexa – now priced at just £17.99, down from £44.99.

Well the Fire TV Stick is perfect for just that – and your next home movie night just got better. You can watch all of your favourite apps through the device – like BBC iPlayer, Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, Disney+ and many more. Best of all? It’s now priced under £25, reduced from £44.99.

    When is Black Friday?

Traditionally the major shopping event takes place on the last weekend of November – and after the American holiday, Thanksgiving.

This year, that falls on November 24 with massive offers and discounts happening over the weekend, and finishing on Cyber Monday, November 27.

As the name suggests, this is an online only event – though some stores may also keep the sales coming until the following week, as we ramp up the Christmas spirit and shopping period.

When are the best Black Friday deals available?

Many brands like to keep their plans top secret until the actual date, but you’ll be pleased to know that quite a few major retailers have already set pre-Black Friday deals live already.

John Lewis, Argos, Currys and Ninja are just a few that have hit the button – tempting customers in with some super savings.

For those who want to wait for a real bargain, there’s not long to go – so why not get a ‘wishlist’ of items together, and avoid disappointment?

Is there something you’re purchasing for yourself or someone else in the Black Friday sale? Perhaps finishing off your Christmas shopping? Let us know what’s on your list in the comments section below.
