I’m A Celebrity’s Nella Rose screams at Nigel Farage as he digs into chewy ‘camel teat pizza’

Nigel Farage and Nella Rose will get their teeth into their first proper bush tucker trial tonight, and it’s not looking like it’ll be a happy time for Nella.

The former UKIP leader, 59, and YouTube star, 26, will dine out in a jungle ‘pizzeria’ tonight in scenes that are likely to leave viewers creasing at home.

Farage and Rose were voted by the public to take part in the Jungle Pizzeria challenge, where the duo will eat pizzas with typically I’m A Celeb-style unappetising toppings.

Ina preview clip of tonight’s episode, it appears to be Rose who’ll struggle to bear it, recoiling in horror and shouting at Farage as he eats a camel udder pizza.

While shouting ‘Oh Farage! Farage!’ she covers her mouth and tries to look away, as Farage jokes with Ant and Dec about whether they made the pizza.

As he takes his first bite, the GB News presenter asks the long-running hosting duo ‘Did you prepare this yourself, guys?’ before tucking in and grimacing.

After taking a few bites, the controversial politician remarks that the pizzas are ‘a bit blooming tough’ before chowing down on the rest of the slice.

In the rest of the clip, Rose continues watching on in horror, no doubt dreading the disgusting pizza she’ll be served up whenever Farage is finished.

It’s not the first time Rose has been involved in a trial with Farage either, with the two of them dropped into the outback in the show’s 23rd season premiere.

On Sunday night, former radio DJ Tony Blackburn, who was the very first winner of I’m A Celebrity, sparked outrage when he revealed he was warming to Farage.

‘I loved Nick Pickard and Sam Thompson, Nigel Farage came over very well, [but] I found Nella Rose rather loud and over the top,’ he added, annoying his followers.

Farage has drawn significant criticism over the years, and is frequently credited with inspiring the eventual outcome of the 2016 EU referendum.

His involvement in the series, after reportedly being offered £1.5m by ITV to compete in the jungle, has coincided with a dip in the show’s TV ratings.

ITV reported earlier on Monday that a peak viewership of 7.8 million watched the first episode of the 23rd series, which is down 1.3m on last year’s big premiere.

Watch I’m A Celebrity on ITV at 9pm on weekday nights.
