Kim Tate (Claire King) finally returned to the Emmerdale village in recent scenes, and was exasperated to learn about the current feud between Billy Fletcher (Jay Kontzle) and Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller).
Billy and Aaron have been at each other’s throats over Aaron’s vile treatment of Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson), and a recent day in their lives started off badly when Billy accidentally spilt a pint over Aaron in the Woolpack.
Their argument was soon interrupted by the shock arrival of Kim, who wanted to know what had been going on while she was away.
Billy and Will Taylor (Dean Andrews) soon filled her in, and Kim was quick to involve herself in the drama between Billy and Aaron by paying Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) a visit.

Cain was surprised to see her, pointing out that they had nothing left to say to each other after leaving Craig (Ben Addis) to die.
however, Kim made it clear that she wanted him to do something about Aaron’s behaviour, for the sake of Lydia and Sam (Karen Blick and James Hooton).
Cain reluctantly agreed, much to Kim’s satisfaction, and soon sat Aaron down for a conversation, after Kim promised to deal with Billy..

When Cain told Aaron to lay off Billy, he instantly knew that the instructions had come from Kim, and taunted Cain by asking him what had happened to him.
Cain shot the question back at him, unrattled, eager to know why he was picking fights with people who meant nothing to him.

When Aaron pointed out that he wasn’t scared of Kim, Cain made it clear that this wasn’t about her, but about the Dingles.
He warned Aaron that Lydia was only just holding things together, and needed her whole family behind her and, given that she was living with Kim, she could do without the stress of Billy and Aaron’s feud.
Cain made it very clear that Aaron would regret going against him on this one, but will Aaron listen?
