Sharon Osbourne has revealed she once chased a TV presenter down the street in a bid to get her own back after a prank.
The outspoken TV personality was squirted with water by a prankster on a red carpet in London in 2005 – no, we don’t know how they plucked up the courage either.
In true Shazza style, though, she was having none of it and she wanted to make it known.
‘You know, I chased her in the street?’, recalled the 71-year-old.
Sharon continued in the new episode of The Osbournes Podcast: ‘I went for her after it happened, I thought, “You’re not going to get away with it.”
‘I legged it and there was a guy selling flowers. I said, “I’ll be back,” I took his bucket with flowers in, threw the flowers out, and whoosh, I got her.’

At the time, reports claimed that the former X Factor judge threw a champagne bucket filled with water over the cameraman.
She wasn’t his only target, either, as, weeks later, the same person went for Tom Cruise on the red carpet at the War of the Worlds premiere in the capital.
Posing as a reporter, he squirted the legendary actor with a water pistol disguised as a microphone.
Representatives for his network, Channel 4, were forced to issue an apology, insisting it was meant to be a ‘light-hearted comedy prank’.
The channel said in a 2005 statement: ‘The stunt was intended to be light-hearted rather than malicious and we would apologise to Mr Cruise for any offence that was caused.’

Their apology continued: ‘The incident that took place on Sunday evening involving Tom Cruise was for a new Channel 4 entertainment show, part of which involves playing light-hearted comedy pranks on celebrities and members of the public.’
Tom was, unsurprisingly, irate after the incident, and he repeatedly branded the prankster a ‘jerk’.
While footage of the prank made headlines around the world, Channel 4 never aired it themselves.
‘The tape is with the police,’ a network spokesperson also said. ‘No decision has been made whether it will air.’
Meanwhile, Sharon also received an apology from Channel 4, adding on her podcast that she received a cheque to compensate for her ruined jacket.
Perhaps more importantly for her, she also managed to prevent the video footage from making it to air.

‘(I) spoke to the guy who ran Channel 4 at the time, and he said, “So you didn’t think it was funny?” and I said, “No, I was on my way to a business meeting actually, I wasn’t even there to watch the movie”,’ she recounted.
‘He was laughing and I said, “When are you going around to your mum’s again?” and he goes, “Sunday, why?” and I said, “Can I come in and throw a glass of water at her? Would you laugh then?”
‘They didn’t use (the footage) and they sent me a cheque around the next day to replace my jacket. (It was) £6,000. I think because of the way I put it, I said, “Can I come and throw it on your mother and see if you laugh?” I think that’s what did it, the penny finally dropped.’
Safe to say Sharon had the last laugh.
