Strictly Come Dancing’s Ellie Leach has spoken about how much weight she’s lost since she started training with her dance partner Vito Coppola.
The 22-year-old Coronation Street star and Vito, 31, train every single day other than Sunday between 9am and 6pm.
The actress also said that when she’s not in the rehearsal studio, she’s doing exercises given to her by Vito that help improve her posture and strength.
Ellie confirmed in a new interview: ‘I’ve lost a lot of weight.’
She added to OK!: ‘You’re training so much. I still need to work on my fitness levels but even the dance we’re doing this week, I wouldn’t have been able to do three weeks ago.’
The star also spoke about her fitness routine before joining the popular BBC show, noting: ‘I’ve never really been into physical activity or going to the gym and stuff like that.

‘But I’ve always loved watching people dance. So to be able to learn how to do it now, it’s amazing.’
She also said Strictly has changed her ‘body and mindset’ for the better.
Ellie and Vito are currently at the centre of romance rumours after Amanda Abbington seemingly confirmed the pair were an official couple just days ago, and they’ve since been spotted getting rather intimate.

Ellie has now opened up about how much her partner means to her, saying she’d be ‘lost’ on the dancefloor without him.
In a clip on Friday’s It Takes Two, she said: ‘I don’t even want to think about taking to the dancefloor without Vito.
‘I would be completely lost. It would be my worst nightmare.’

Ellie and Vito have been voicing their love for each other in recent days, even sharing a kiss during a live TV interview.
During an appearance on The One Show, they were asked by Lauren Laverne what they thought of the predictions they were giving off ‘final vibes’.
In response, Vito became extremely animated, planted a kiss on Ellie and giving her a big hug as he showered her with compliments.
‘Honestly, we don’t really think about the final as a final – we want to live and enjoy every single week, [doing] baby steps, small but solid, and [if] it comes, it comes,’ the Italian dancer told Lauren and co-host Ronan Keating.
