Sia looked radiant as she was spotted for the first time after revealing she had undergone a facelift.
The Chandelier singer, 47, spent years hiding behind elaborate wigs that covered her face, before going under the knife in Beverly Hills and receiving a facelift from Dr Ben Talei.
After raving about the results of the procedure, the Australian musician, full name Sia Fuller, was spotted beaming as she enjoyed a shopping trip in Burbank, California.
Spotted in public for the first time after announcing the news, the pop icon had has blonde locks scraped back and appeared fresh-faced as she shopped for groceries and wine at Organic store Whole Foods.
She beamed for the camera as she went through the checkout, wearing a casual lilac and beige floral shirt dress.
News of her facelift was revealed after Sia took to the stage at the Daytime Beauty Awards to present Dr Talei with the outstanding achievement in medicine gong and wasted no time raving about his work.

‘I’m a popstar that normally hides my face and doesn’t lie about s**t,’ she began as she presented the accolade.
‘I got an amazing facelift from Dr. Talei. He is incredible. And he is doing so much good work—and not just for the pop stars of the world.’
According to E! News, she continued: ‘I was showing someone in the back my before-and-afters right before I came on.
‘People go, “You look nice”. I’m like, “Dr. Ben Talei, facelift” for like anything you could ever want. I love him, I can’t say enough good about him.’

It comes after she revealed that she is on the autism spectrum following controversy caused years prior due to her movie Music.
In it, Sia cast a neurotypical person to play a non-verbal autistic girl and received backlash for it, leading to the singer revealing her own autism diagnosis.
‘I’m on the spectrum, and I’m in recovery and whatever – there’s a lot of things,’ the Chandelier singer said in conversation with Carolyn Wiger on Rob Cesternino’s Rob Has a Podcast.
‘For 45 years, I was like… “I’ve got to go put my human suit on,”‘ she explained. ‘And only in the last two years have I become fully, fully myself.’
