Secrets consume several residents of the village (Picture: ITV)
The mystery of Craig’s murder has loomed large over Emmerdale but, while viewers will soon know who did the deed, the police are in the dark next week as investigations get underway and suspects close ranks.
However, there are more secrets than the matter of the killing, with Eric Pollard (Chris Chittell) hiding his worrying diagnosis from Brenda (Lesley Dunlop), and Caleb Miligan (William Ash) concealing his passionate feelings for Tracy Shankley (Amy Walsh).
And Bernice Blackstock (Samantha Giles) continues to act surreptitiously too, while Vinny Ashdale (Bradley Johnson) remains silent over Aaron Dingle’s (Danny Miller) recent treatment of her.
Finally, another risky secret on the go is the romance between Victoria Barton (Isabel Hodgins) and Jacob Gallagher (Joe-Warren Plant) – and when things cool off, it doesn’t last long.
Hardly anyone is telling the truth next week, but some truths are about to come to light…
