Stuttgart striker Serhou Guirassy has had a sensational start to the season and he is available at a bargain price next year for any interested parties.
The 27-year-old is already enjoying the best campaign of his career, netting 14 times in eight Bundesliga matches and scoring 15 goals in nine games across all competitions.
Harry Kane may have been grabbing headlines, but Guirassy has scored five more league goals than the England captain in Germany so far this season.
The Guinea international will be attracting attention across Europe, especially given the fact that his release clause at Stuttgart is just €17.5m (£15m).
The Evening Standard report that Fulham are interested in his services as they look to replace the departed Aleksandr Mitrovic, but they will face competition.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that the release clause is active in the coming January window and next summer, unless Stuttgart renegotiate his contract.
Guirassy has played in Ligue 1 before with Lille, Amiens and Rennes, while he also spent time in Germany earlier in his career with FC Koln.
He joined Stuttgart from Rennes in 2022 and he has really hit his stride since joining the club.
The French-born forward scored 11 league goals last season in just 22 games and has already surpassed that tally, with Stuttgart riding high in second in the Bundesliga.
Despite Bayern’s blockbuster signing of Kane from Spurs, they are third after eight matches, with Bayer Leverkusen top of the table and Borussia Dortmund in fourth and just two points between the four clubs, so there is hope for a competitive title race in Germany this season.
