Daisy Midgeley (Charlotte Jordan) has had a complicated relationship with Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) in Coronation Street, and recent scenes have seen them get closer than they probably should.
There was horror for the pair when Daisy’s fiancé Daniel (Rob Mallard) nearly caught them kissing, and things only got worse when they were caught out by Ryan’s housemate Lauren (Cait Fitton), who has started to blackmail them.
However, after Daisy insists that Lauren won’t be seeing another penny in upcoming scenes, Lauren finds a new way of making quick cash that leaves Ryan shocked.
He is completely horrified to see her receive a notification from O-Vidz, and soon learns that underage Lauren has been posting to the explicit site.
She demands that he keeps quiet or risk her spilling Daisy’s big secret to Daniel, but Ryan feels as though he has a duty of care and reports her to the site anyway.

Worried about the consequences of his actions, Ryan tells Daisy about reporting Lauren and shares his fears that their infidelity will be revealed.
The following day, Daisy tells Daniel that she’s going to stay with her mum, when in reality she plans to spend the night with Ryan – a misguided choice considering everything that’s going on.
However, Jenny Connor (Sally Ann Matthews) is quick to question her plans, and soon Daisy has revealed all to her step-mum, explaining how she loves both Daniel and Ryan in different ways and has no idea what to do.

Always ready with advice, Jenny urges her to make her mind up and quickly. With Jenny’s words hanging over her, Daisy heads to the hotel…
Meanwhile, Daniel’s suspicions are roused as he spots Ryan getting into a taxi, and after an interesting call with Daisy’s mum, he decides to follow him.
At the hotel, Daisy finally comes to a decision as she and Ryan head to their room – it is Daniel that she wants. However, with Daniel hot on their heels, has her decision come too late?

Daniel soon reveals to Ken Barlow (William Roache) that he suspects something is going on between Daisy and Ryan, but he will need proof.
Though Ken warns him to tread carefully, Daniel soon corners Ryan and demands to know what is going on, and in the heat of the moment, Ryan blurts out that he confessed his love for Daisy!
How will Daniel respond, and is it over for the unfortunate couple?
