After a turbulent few months Joe Jonas has filed to dismiss his divorce case against Sophie Turner after mediations.
The once low-key private couple were thrust into the spotlight with their shock announcement and messy rumours surrounding the split.
A dramatic accusation in Sophie’s court documents that Joe, 34, was withholding their daughters’ passports – Willa, three, Delphine, one- from Sophie, 27, added fuel to the fire.
She has been staying in New York ever since, crashing at Taylor Swift’s home, as they underwent mediations.
Sophie has been living her best life and enjoying football games with her friend – she even posted a cryptic friendship bracelet on her story, before deleting it again.
In the latest court documents, the Jonas Brother has reportedly filed to dismiss his petition for dissolution in Miami.
Instead they plan to ‘pursue an amicable resolution of all issues’ after reaching ‘various agreements’ during mediation, according to Page Six.

The court documents obtained by the publication only pertain to Joe’s petition which he filed on September 1 – the state of Sophie’s UK divorce case is unknown.
Custody has been a contentious issue between the two but the pair have reached a temporary agreement.
Its believed the girls will spend two weeks at each parent’s home at a time, with Thanksgiving spent at their dad’s and Christmas with their mum.
Releasing a statement, the famous duo said: ‘After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the U.S. and the UK.’

This temporary agreement comes to an end on January 7, with the parents’ agreement requiring that before December 2023 ‘the parties shall jointly submit a status report letter’.
Back in September, the couple announced they were calling it quits ‘after four wonderful years’ in a statement shared to their respective Instagram accounts.
Sophie and Joe married in a Las Vegas wedding chapel in 2019 before a second wedding in France months later.
The Vegas wedding was meant to be a secret but was actually leaked by their friend Diplo – he was still invited to the second wedding.
