A driver has found out the hard way what happens if she’s stopped for speeding.
Gardaí in Tralee, a town in Co Kerry in the Republic of Ireland, attended to disperse a large gathering of cars on Sunday.
However the driver of this Audi sped off and was seen dangerously overtaking other vehicles.
Despite bumper stickers proclaiming ‘catch me if you can’, ‘drop a gear and disappear’, and ‘I’m fast as f*** boi’, her car was stopped and the driver was arrested for dangerous driving.
On top of that, the car was seized for being ‘dangerously defective’, An Garda Síochána shared on X (formerly Twitter).
The force cheekily added: ‘”Catch me if you can” it says… turns out we could!’
On Monday morning Garda confirmed the driver has since been charged with dangerous driving, and she’s due to appear at Tralee district court on a date to be confirmed.

Their post, as well as the bumper stickers including ‘princess on board’ and ‘you’ve been passed by a girl’, have drawn attention online.
One X user said the driver ‘should be locked up for those stickers alone’, with another adding ‘she dropped a gear but couldn’t disappear’, and a third asking to ‘throw the car in the bin for those embarrassing stickers please’.
