Lily Slater (Lillia Turner) is set to find herself in serious danger as she goes into labour in upcoming EastEnders scenes.
The Slaters were given a huge shock in January this year when it was revealed that 12-year-old Lily was pregnant with Ricky Mitchell’s (Frankie Day) baby.
Since that fateful day, the Slaters and Brannings have rallied round to prepare for the arrival of the new bundle of joy, attending meetings and putting plans in place to ensure that the baby is well looked after.
However, what none of them expect is for a hostage situation to break out as Lily goes into labour, leaving her trapped at home to give birth.
Sinister stalker Theo Hawthorne (William Ellis) is celebrating his new job offer with Stacey, when she becomes distracted by Lily, who isn’t feeling well.
With Stacey tending to her pregnant daughter, Theo intercepts a text from Martin Fowler (James Bye) on her phone, warning her that Theo is the man who has been stalking her.
Realising that his time is running out, Theo confesses all to horrified Stacey.
As she fights to get him out of the house, terrified Lily’s waters break.
‘She wants to get to Lily to reassure her and make sure that she’s safe,’ actress Lacey Turner revealed.

‘That’s her main priority in that moment. Theo is starting to lose control so Stacey is going to do whatever it takes to get him out of the house if she can.’
It is then that Jean Slater (Gillian Wright) arrives and finds that Lily is in labour.
When they learn that the ambulance has been delayed, they realise that they are going to have to deliver Lily’s baby themselves.

‘I think she’s running on adrenaline at this point and she doesn’t have time to process the full magnitude of the situation. Her main priority is Lily and the baby.’
But when Stacey heads to the kitchen for some towels, she comes face to face with Theo once more, who traps her in the kitchen.
As Stacey faces grave danger, Jean is forced to support Lily by herself.
Will everything be okay?
The Slaters are left terrified.
