Manchester United and Liverpool have both submitted contract proposals to Ryan Gravenberch in a bid to convince the Dutchman to leave Bayern Munich.
The Netherlands international joined the Germans from Ajax in 2022, in a deal that was agreed before Erik ten Hag was appointed at Manchester United.
Had Gravenberch not already agreed a deal to move to the Allianz, Ten Hag would have attempted to sign the midfielder during his first summer at Old Trafford.
But the midfielder’s move to Germany has gone far from planned, with Gravenberch making just six starts during his first season at the club.
That’s forced the Dutchman to consider his future at the club, particularly ahead of the European Championships next summer.

That’s alerted Ten Hag and Jurgen Klopp, who is desperate to add to his midfield following the exits of Jordan Henderson and Fabinho.
According to the Mirror, both United and Liverpool have now submitted contract offers to Gravenberch in a bid to sign the midfielder.
While Bayern remain keen to keep him, they will listen to loan offers for the Dutchman to appease his wish to leave.
