Amelia Spencer (Daisy Campbell) was left wondering what her future may look like in Emmerdale, as Dan (Liam Fox) waits to see if Lloyd survives after his attack.
Lloyd is Amelia’s stalker. He came across her social media page in recent weeks and decided to pay her a visit in the salon, telling her that he’s proud of how far she’s come with her platforms and believes that he can help make her a star.
Amelia has been left terrified by Lloyd’s behaviour, who also managed to work out where she lives and gain access to her phone number.
In Wednesday’s (July 5) edition of the ITV soap, Dan took it upon himself to warn Lloyd again, after he spotted him hugging Amelia outside the church.
Dan told Lloyd that he shouldn’t go anywhere near Amelia, but the creepy man said that he can do whatever he wants as right now, he still hasn’t done anything illegal.

Dan then punched Lloyd in the face, causing him to fall backwards and hit his head on a rock.
After confessing to a police officer, Dan was questioned tonight (July 6) while Lloyd recovered in hospital.
Dan argued his side of the story and was eventually let out on bail. When he returned home, Amelia thought that was the end of the matter, but the story is far from over.
Dan said that the police had no choice but to release him and right now, all they have to do is wait because if Lloyd dies, that’s when everything will change.

Poor Amelia was left fearing for her future. If she loses Dan, she won’t have any family connection left in the village apart from young Esther.
So, will Lloyd recover from his injuries?
Or will Dan face time behind bars after killing someone?
‘This storyline is the best I’ve been a part of in all my time in Emmerdale’, Liam Fox said.
‘When it was first discussed with me, I just knew it was going to be something special. The producers have absolutely come up trumps with a story that really does mean something.
