A police investigation has been launched after items belonging to the late Tom Petty ended up on an auction site.
The Heartbreakers rocker died in October 2017 due to an accidental drug overdose at the age of 66.
He was survived by his children Adria, 48, Dylan, 31, and Kimberly, 31.
Most recently, his family called for cops to investigate after his personal clothing and accessories went up for sale.
The Grammy winner’s family say they were shocked to discover his belongings listed on the Boston-based RR Auction, leading to them filing a report.
According to TMZ, the Petty estate claimed the items had been placed in a storage unit in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, when questioned, the auction house said they were told the jackets, shoes, and hats had been found in a house Petty used to own in Encino, California.
The items in question received bids for thousands of dollars.
One black and white striped jacket worn by Petty in the 1970s was looking like it would be sold for $5,724 (£4,471).
However, it was taken down and pulled from the auction, which was initially set for June 22.
It’s thought the auction house is cooperating as the family tries to decipher how the items ended up online.

Mark S. Zaid, the attorney for RR, told TMZ: ‘We have been attempting to work with the Petty family for weeks to verify the lawful title of the late Tom Petty’s items.
‘As a reputable auction house for half a century, we obviously can’t simply accept blanket statements of theft without presentation of even the slightest proof.
‘We have asked numerous questions of the Petty family and received few answers.’
Zaid then claimed that the Petty family has gone ‘radio silent’ since May 30.
‘It seems every new detail – such as the claim a police report has been filed – we unprofessionally learn of through the media,’ he added.

‘Although we have not heard from the police, we welcome cooperation from law enforcement authorities.
‘RR Auction takes these matters incredibly seriously, which is why we withdrew the consigned items from the auction until proper ownership can be determined.’
The legal clash comes after Petty’s children honoured him on Father’s Day.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday (June 19), they shared a photo of the late singer backstage with daughter Kimberly to his official page.
‘Happy Fathers Day in heaven to our beautiful dad’, they wrote.
