Pete Davidson has been charged with reckless driving after crashing his car into a Beverly Hills house earlier this year.
The LA County Attorney’s Office charged the 29-year-old actor today on one count of reckless driving.
Police told the TMZ the former Saturday Night Live star and his girlfriend – Chase Sui Wonders – were involved in the smash, with him behind the wheel of a Mercedes.
It is said the incident on March 4 at around 11pm happened when Pete was allegedly driving fast in a residential street before losing control.
Sources also claimed Pete curbed the car and ran over a fire hydrant before hitting the house.
On the night, police didn’t suspect drugs or alcohol to be involved, and Pete was not arrested.

Luckily, no one was hurt in the incident, although the homeowner reportedly suggested the 16-year-old who was in the building at the time was ‘a bit’ traumatised.
However, the homeowner added that they didn’t have any intention of filing a lawsuit against the comedian.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office told the outlet: ‘Luckily, no one was seriously injured as a result of this collision. We know that reckless driving can have devastating consequences.

‘In 2022, traffic fatalities in Los Angeles have reached the highest levels seen in 20 years.
‘This is an alarming trend that we cannot ignore. As a result, it’s crucial that we take all allegations of reckless driving seriously and hold those responsible accountable.’
The DA’s office told PA news agency: ‘We believe that Mr Davidson engaged in reckless driving, which ultimately resulted in his involvement in a serious collision into a home.’
The Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts star is due to be arraigned on July 27.
This comes after Pete unleashed an explicit voicemail on animal rights charity Peta who slammed him for buying a dog instead of adopting.
The Bupkis star was spotted picking up a cavapoo from a pet shop following the death of his family dog, Henry.
When the trip made the headlines, the charity accused the comedian of ‘propping up the puppy mill industry.’
