Euro 2024 qualifiers: England vs Malta – where to watch, odds and team news
Ahead of the Women’s World Cup in July, the men are back in action with their Euro 2024 qualifying campaign. On Friday they face Malta away from home.
Gareth Southgate’s side have made a great start to the campaign by beating both their most likely rivals from a top-two finish, Ukraine and Italy, while Malta have lost to the latter as well as North Macedonia- who England face next week.
By the end of these fixtures, England will be expecting 12 points and be a big step closer to qualifying for the next summer’s finals in Germany.
But the focus today will be on Malta. It’s been a long season in English and European football, for England’s Manchester City players, their season only finished a few days ago – when they sealed the Champions League and bagged the treble in the process.
When is Malta vs England?
The Euro 2024 qualifier kicks off at 7:45 pm BST on Friday 16 June.

Jude Bellingham is ruled out with injury.
Marc Guehi could be in line to win just his fourth cap in defence and Crystal Palace teammate Ebe Eze is hoping for his senior debut with the national team.
