Kesha has a new album out, and she’s celebrating in style.
The 36-year-old Tik Tok singer released her fifth studio album on May 19, and now she’s taken to social media to mark the moment, and we love how she’s done it.
Giving serious power vibes, the Blah Blah Blah singer – formerly stylised as Ke$ha – posed with the vinyl albums covering herself in what appears to be a garden, as the sun shone down on the jubilant scene.
In it, the pop icon looked to be celebrating the moment, as she put a hand in the air cross-legged in one snap and reclined casually on her throw in another.
It looked like Kesha – real name Kesha Rose Sebert – enjoyed a bit of downtime, as the backdrop of the scene boasted a glistening pool.
The singer seemed on top of the world as she urged her fans: ‘GET NAKED AND LISTEN TO GAG ORDER ON VINYL!’

The title of the album seemingly refers to her inability to speak about her decade-long legal battle with Dr Luke (Picture: @iiswhoiis)

She added: ‘And then send me ur hot pics. Who needs clothes when you got my new record??!!’ [sic]
The album artwork is particularly striking, as it simply shows the star’s face, which appears to look vacuum-packed, in an image seemingly representing the title of the album – Gag Order.
This title supposedly refers to the singer’s inability to comment on her legal case against music producer Dr Luke – real name Lukasz Gottwald.
The star – who signed a six-album record deal with Dr Luke’s former record company Kemosabe Records back in 2005 at the age of 18 – alleged in a 2014 civil lawsuit that he drugged and raped her.
He denied the allegation and the case has since been dropped.

But 49-year-old Dr Luke then claimed that Kesha defamed him by alleging he raped Katy Perry in a text to Lady Gaga.
Ever since, the pair have been in a legal battle that now spans a decade.
Dr Luke left the record label – owned by Sony – in 2017, and he’s worked with a number of high-profile artists including Rihanna, Doja Cat, Miley Cyrus, Pitbull, and Kelly Clarkson.
In 2021, Kesha won a victory when a judge concluded Dr Luke had to prove ‘by clear and convincing evidence’ that the singer had acted with malice in the text.
In a statement at the time, Dr Luke’s legal team claimed Kesha ‘spread a vicious lie to get out of her contracts’.
Kesha’s attorney Leah Godesky said: ‘ The case in question is over 2016 text messages to Lady Gaga in which Kesha claimed Dr. Luke had raped Katy Perry. Dr. Luke claimed the text was defamatory and won a summary judgment in 2020. The appeal trial could take place later this year.
She added: ‘As everyone knows from the beginning, this is a he-said-she-said case where the evidentiary burden matters.’
The previous year, a judge ruled Kesha had defamed Dr Luke with the text, and the singer was ordered to pay nearly $400,000 (£290,000).
In a deposition, Katy Perry denied that she was raped or assaulted by Dr Luke.
This is Kesha’s last album with Kemosabe Records.
