Matt Healy took to the stage during Taylor Swift’s Nashville show on Saturday.
The internet was sent into a meltdown this week when reports emerged that the musicians were dating, weeks after Taylor was reported to have split from her boyfriend of six years, Joe Alwyn.
Over the weekend, The 1975 star Matt, 34, joined 33-year-old Taylor’s opening act Phoebe Bridgers on stage, guitar in hand.
Both Matt and 28-year-old Phoebe wore the latter’s staple skeleton outfit and according to fan accounts she even introduced Taylor’s reported new beau to the packed-out audience, calling him: ‘Mr Matt Healy.’
Plenty of social media users were discussing the moment on Twitter on Saturday, with one person writing: ‘matt healy onstage with phoebe bridgers lets f*****g go!’
Another added: ‘phoebe just said mr matt healy’ while someone else tweeted: ‘MATT HEALY IS PLAYING GUITAR FOR PHOEBE IN NASHVILLE AT THE TAYLOR SWIFT CONCERT.’

Other comments included: ‘IS THAT PHOEBE AND MATT HEALY’ and ‘matt healy on stage with phoebe rn .’
It comes after Matt was spotted at another of Taylor’s shows on Friday, with one eagle-eyed fan noticing him in the crowd in a VIP section and quickly snapping a photo.
The fan – @Kimbrrlee_ – wrote on Twitter: ‘MATTY HEAL HERE CONFIRMED.’
Reports Taylor and Matt were an item first emerged this week following a report from the Sun, where it was claimed they were ‘madly in love’ even though it was ‘early days’.
They were ‘really excited just to go public with their love,’ the source added.
‘Neither of them want any secrets, or to hide away. The plan is for Matty to walk out on stage mid-show and play two songs.’

While neither Matt nor Taylor has commented on the rumours, Matt’s father, Tim Healy – ex-husband to Loose Women’s Denise Welch – appeared offended that people thought it was funny he and Denise could potentially be Taylor’s future in-laws.
