Juventus are preparing a summer move for Chelsea centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly, according to reports in Italy.
Koulibaly joined Chelsea in a £34 million deal from Napoli last July but has struggled in his first season at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea, meanwhile, are in desperate need of cutting down their squad size at the end of the season and reports are already claiming that the club would consider offers for nearly every first-team player.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus are already working on a deal for Koulibaly and are interested in bringing the Senegal international back to Serie A.
The report claims that Juventus want an initial loan with no obligation to buy, similar to the deal which allowed Romelu Lukaku to return to Inter last summer.
It’s also claimed that Juventus head coach Massimiliano Allegri has spoken to Koulibaly in what was described as an ‘informal phone call’.

Koulibaly’s representative, Fali Ramadani, also spoke with Juventus last year before the defender joined Chelsea.
Frank Lampard already has a wealth of options at centre-back for the remainder of the season, while Chelsea were even forced to leave £35m January signing Benoit Badiashile out of their Champions League squad.
