Gino D’Acampo was reportedly stopped by officers and found in possession of cannabis as he jetted back home after filming with Gordon Ramsay and Fred Sirirex.
Sniffer dogs are alleged to have circled the chef, 46, when he touched down at Farnborough Airport, Hampshire after traveling the Hell’s Kitchen star’s private jet.
The trio had been filming in Spain for Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip, with the Kitchen Nightmare host, 56, and First Dates star, 51, said to be ‘pretty cross’ over the incident.
After being alerted by the canines, a small box of cannabis has been claimed to have been found in the Family Fortunes presenter’s luggage.
It is alleged D’Acampo was stopped, cautioned and fined for possession of a prohibitive substance.
But The Sun reports police accepted the drugs were for the Italian cook’s own medicinal use and, while he was issued with a warning, he was not arrested.

A source told the publication that D’Acampo ‘initially tried to laugh off’ the stop and search and later told Ramsay and Sirieix the cannabis was to help his ‘bad back.’
‘Neither Fred nor Gordon, nor anyone else on the jet, had a single trace of anything suspicious,’ they added.
It comes after D’Acampo announced he would be quitting the ITV travel series due to scheduling conflicts.
Sirieix and Ramsay were reportedly ‘blindsided’ by the shock exit and were ‘frustrated’ that the ‘real reason’ the Italian cook departed was because he ‘wanted a lie in.’
Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip sees the trio travel to countries including Morocco, America, and Greece to soak up the culture and sample the local cuisine.
A Farnborough Airport spokesperson commented: ‘Farnborough Airport takes a zero tolerance approach to any illegal activity relating to flights arriving into or departing from the Airport.
‘We work closely with UK Border Force, who are based on site at Farnborough Airport, to ensure we maintain the safety and welfare of all passengers, crew, visitors and staff at all times.’
