A girl has been raced to hospital after a pack of up to four dogs left her injured.
Three people have been taken into custody following the incident in Carrington, Greater Manchester.
Police were called to the scene at a house in Ackers Lane shortly before 2.40pm on Sunday.
The child is said to now be in a stable condition.
Four dogs were seized by officers and have been taken away by specialist partners.
The three people were arrested on suspicion of owning a dangerous dog.
