Paul Grant was interviewed at King’s Cross station just weeks before he died.

It was confirmed this week that the Harry Potter and Star Wars actor had died aged 56 after collapsing outside King’s Cross station.

In what’s thought to be Paul’s final interview, the actor said he’s been ‘drinking too much’ and admitted: ‘I need to stop doing this.’

The father-of-three played an Ewok in Return of the Jedi and a Goblin in the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.

MailOnline reports that the late star also confessed he’d ‘blown’ his Star Wars fortune, having spent the money on ‘drugs and sex workers’.

Speaking to YouTube channel Revelation 22:13, Paul said: ‘I’ve been thinking about this, it’s my last day of drinking. I’ve been drinking too much.’

Paul also insisted he wasn’t ‘addicted’ to drinking, saying: ‘[I] can drink a whole f*****g day or a month, but I’m not addicted to it.’

This week, his family told The Sun that his life support machine was switched off on Sunday (March 19), after he was found passed out by police on Thursday afternoon (March 16) and declared brain dead by doctors.

Daughter Sophie Jayne Grant, 28, from Peterborough, said: ‘I’m devastated.

‘My dad was a legend in so many ways.

‘He always brought a smile and laughter to everyone’s face. He would do anything for anyone and was a massive Arsenal fan. He was an actor, father and grandad.

‘He loved his daughters and son and his girlfriend Maria very much.

‘My dad, I love you so much, sleep tight.’

His girlfriend, Maria Dwyer, 64, hailed him ‘the love of my life’ and ‘the funniest man I know.’

‘He made my life complete. Life is never going to be the same without him,’ she said.

A family friend also told the outlet that Paul – who was 4ft 4in – called himself the ‘King of the Dwarfs’.

‘He’s always battled with drugs and alcohol addiction but he was a talented actor,’ they shared.
