Captain Lee Rosbach has an emotional return to Below Deck as chef Rachel Hargrove tears up in a sweet preview clip.
The 73-year-old briefly left the boat midway through season 10 to deal with health issues, with Captain Sandy Yawn controversially appearing as his replacement.
After a few weeks of recovery, the fan-proclaimed ‘Stud of the Sea’ reclaimed his rightful place in the wheelhouse at the end of the latest episode, leaving his crew thrilled.
In a preview of the next instalment, he shares his delight at being back on board, telling the camera: ‘I might feel better than a dog having its belly rubbed.’
Rachel can’t help but cry as they have a quick catch-up in his cabin, enthusing: ‘You look great, I love you! I’m so happy to have you back.
‘I’m happy to be back, sweetie,’ he replies as they share a hug. ‘Why are you getting all teary-eyed on me now?’

‘Well, I missed you,’ she adds. ‘You look good. I’m happy that you’re back.’
Captain Lee also takes a minute to gather his crew for a meeting, thanking everyone for working with Captain Sandy in his absence.
‘It’s a little different than when I left,’ he quips about changes in the staff after Camille Lamb and Alissa Humber were sacked. ‘As you can see, I am back and it’s great to be back here, it really is.
‘Thank you all for cooperating with Sandy. She did us a solid coming in at the last second and bailing my ass out.
‘Well, I appreciate Sandy coming in and really helping us out,’ he concludes the meeting. ‘Let’s get after it.’
Speaking in a confessional, he adds: ‘It felt so wrong to leave. I was just madder than a p***ed on chicken.
‘I’ll be goddamned if I wasn’t going to finish what I started.’
Captain Sandy ruffled a few feathers when she took over from the Bravo icon, making huge changes in the interior team and slamming chief stew Fraser Olender.
She was met with criticism from many when she pulled him for a discussion on his work style, before calling him a ‘cancer’ on the boat.
In a new interview with Us Weekly, the Mediterranean star admitted that she regretted her choice of words.

‘I had cancer. I will say this, yes I should have chosen different words,’ she told Us Weekly. ‘I’ve been a captain for many years, those were the terms we used. So evolving, I would’ve probably said, “You’re bringing the boat down”. I would change my terminology for sure. Bad choice of words.’
However, she confessed that she almost let Fraser go at one point, adding: ‘There was a moment. Absolutely. Because listen the walls are thin. Don’t jump on their bandwagon. Change that narrative. That’s your role, you’re a superior here.’
