Gordon Ramsay has emotionally revealed that his daughter Tilly had a tumour removed aged 12.
The Kitchen Nightmares host and the 20-year-old Strictly Come Dancing star were giving it a go as couch critics on Friday’s Celebrity Gogglebox Stand Up To Cancer special.
During one emotional scene, the pair welled up as they spoke about cancer affecting their family after watching a heart-breaking story about a 22-year-old who lost her life to the disease after becoming paralysed.
In tears, Gordon told Tilly: ‘When we found out you had a tumour, when you were 12, there was that horrible period of is it cancerous, is it non-malignant?
‘Going into theatre with you, do you remember? And it wasn’t.’
She added: ‘I was very lucky.’

‘And it wasn’t cancer, f**king hell, 22, it’s so unfair,’ Gordon replied.
Gordon is very close to Tilly and his other children, Oscar, 3, twins Jack and Holly, 22, Meghan, 24, who all live in the family home with their mum Tana, who Gordon married in 1996.
Speaking ahead of their appearance on the hit Channel 4 show, Gordon and Tilly said: ‘We’re always happy to support the superb work that Stand Up To Cancer do, and despite our TV tastes being polar opposites, we had a lot of fun filming this very special episode of Gogglebox.

Before settling in to give their verdicts on this week’s telly, including Love Is Blind and I Can See Your Voice, the TV chef was adamant to find out about his daughter’s love life.
Asking her repeatedly if she had a boyfriend, a mortified Tilly turned red and sunk further and further into the sofa.
