A man was arrested in connection to the 2017 murders of teenagers Libby German and Abigail Williams.
A man named Richard Allen, 50, was booked in an Indiana county jail in connection with the murders on Friday. He was later moved to a state facility.
Indiana State Police are planning to brief the public on the suspected killer at a news conference on Monday, October 31 at 10am.
The bodies of the two children, both age 14, were found near a hiking trail in Delphi, Indiana.
