Christmas may be *whispers* around the corner, but November on Netflix UK isn’t all about festive cheer just yet.

There are some big TV hitters due to launch including Tim Burton’s Wednesday and anticipated fifth series of The Crown but, film-wise, things are looking in pretty great shape too.

The Wonder, based on the book of the same name by Emma Donoghue and starring actress of the moment Florence Pugh, gets its release as does Enola Holmes 2, with Stranger Things’ Millie Bobbie Brown back for a second mystery-solving caper.

Netflix continues to push its wealth of original content. Orgasm Inc: The Story of One Taste looks at the dark side of sexual wellness, and Lindsay Lohan is back in the rom-com hot seat starring in Falling For Christmas.

A lens also gets turned on convicted sex offender and former socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, with a documentary diving into her dark and disturbing past.

Keep scrolling for the other flicks worth a watch in November…

Fresh off the triumph of solving her first case, Enola Holmes (Millie Bobby Brown) follows in the footsteps of her famous brother, Sherlock (Henry Cavill), and opens her own agency — only to find that life as a female detective-for-hire isn’t as easy as it seems.

Her first official job is not an easy one, and Enola must ask friends — and Sherlock himself — to help unravel her mystery.

Orgasm Inc: The Story of OneTaste – November 5

The sexual wellness company had a controversial leader (Picture: Netflix © 2022)

OneTaste was a sexual wellness company that gained global notoriety through the teaching of a practice called ‘orgasmic meditation.’

This investigative documentary, with access to 15 years of never-before-seen footage and interviews with former members, pulls back the curtain on the organisation and its controversial, enigmatic leader.

Falling for Christmas – November 10

A newly engaged, spoiled hotel heiress (Lindsay Lohan) gets into a skiing accident, suffers from total amnesia, and finds herself in the care of a handsome, blue-collar lodge owner (Chord Overstreet) and his daughter in the days leading up to Christmas. The Mean Girls star is back in the limelight for this festive gem.

    The Wonder – November 16

13 years after The Great Famine, an English Nightingale Nurse Lib Wright (Florence Pugh) is called to the Irish Midlands to watch over Anna O’Donnell an 11-year-old girl who claims not to have eaten for four months.

She is, she says, surviving miraculously on ‘manna from heaven’. As Anna’s health rapidly deteriorates, Lib must unearth the truth.

Ghislaine Maxwell: Filthy Rich – November 25

Ghislaine Maxwell: Filthy Rich goes beyond the headlines of the notorious Ghislaine Maxwell case to tell the definitive story of Epstein’s mysterious accomplice. It takes a closer look at how her class and privilege concealed her predatory nature.

My Name Is Vendetta – November 30

Sofia is a quiet teenager who spends her time between hockey games and off-road driving lessons, until the moment when she, disobeying Santo, her father, photographs him and publishes a photo on her Instagram.
