Ever wanted to have views over one of the stunning locations from HBO’s House of the Dragon?

Well, you could be in luck, as three Cornish houses that overlook St Michael’s Mount – which is used to film Driftmark in the series – are up for sale.

St Michael’s Mount is connected to the mainland via a cobbled causeway that vanishes at high tide and then becomes too deep to cross by foot.

In the Game of Thrones universe, Driftmark is an island in Blackwater Bay and the seat of the House Velaryon.

The properties for sale are a semi-detached cottage, a two-bedroom bungalow and the village post office, and they’re priced between £750,000 and £1.25million.

The cute cottage, which has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, comes with stunning views over ‘Driftmark’ and a detached guest bedroom suite.

There’s also a cosy lounge, flagstone kitchen and wood floors throughout – with doors and windows opening out over the bay. There’s also a garden and a patio on the property.

Yet more gorge views (Picture: Lillicrap Chilcott/Triangle News)

Lillicrap Chilcott, who are marketing the three properties, said: ‘Situated in a spectacular, frontline, south-facing position; a charming, extended Grade II Listed attached cottage

‘Boasting mesmerising panoramic views across Mounts Bay and miles of open ocean, framed by Cornwall’s iconic St Michael’s Mount and the rugged West Penwith peninsula.

‘Outside [there is a] detached en-suite guest bedroom, surprisingly large south facing terrace garden with an uninterrupted panoramic view of Mounts Bay.’

All this is on the market for £750,000 – the same price as the post office, which Lillicrap Chilcott said is ‘an interesting and versatile opportunity to acquire a well and long-established business currently operating as a local store and Post Office with spacious four bedroomed living quarters, used as owners accommodation.

‘Situated moments from the seafront and enjoying lovely views from the first and second floors to the iconic St Michael’s Mount and the coastline beyond.’

The building, which is in the middle of the town of Marazion, has four floors and a private patio garden.

There’s also a large basement and storage space, a bedroom or office room on the same level as the post office, a kitchen, an open-plan living room, a principal bedroom with en-suite and a family bathroom.

On the second floor, there are two more double bedrooms and another en-suite.

The third and most expensive house on the list is the two-bed bungalow, which stands just a field away from the beach and costs £1.25million.

The semi-detached 1970s home has private parking, a landscaped garden, and has recently been totally refurbished.

The property listing reads: ‘In the most astounding, frontline, magical setting with totally uninterrupted panoramic views across St Michael’s Mount, Mounts Bay and the south Cornish coastline.’

There’s a modern kitchen, dining space and sofa area – all of which have gorgeous panoramic views of the coast looking out onto the House of Dragon location.

Outside, a raised deck terrace is perfectly positioned to take in the landscape, and there’s a bathroom, which opens out onto the view and has a tub that looks out across the bay – which is 75 metres away.
