Isobel has now left her role as Liv Flaherty (Pictures: Twitter/Isobel Steele/ITV)
Danny Miller and Ryan Hawley were among the many Emmerdale stars who gathered together for Isobel Steele’s leaving party.
Isobel’s final scenes as Liv Flaherty aired this week as part of the ITV soap’s 50th anniversary celebrations.
During the huge storm that arrived over the village, Liv and partner Vinny (Bradley Johnson) set out to go and look after young Eve, who was at the pub.
However, due to the relentless wind, a caravan was picked up and flew straight into Vinny and Liv, crushing them both.
While Vinny’s injuries weren’t as severe, this ordeal sadly led to Liv’s death.
Because of the way the caravan had impacted her body, any attempt at moving Liv would kill her.
Vinny was forced to sit by his wife’s side and wait until she passed away.
The scenes marked the end of Isobel’s 7-year duration on the show so of course, it seems only right there was a party afterwards!

Stars including Katie Hill (Sarah Sugden), Lawrence Robb (Mackenzie Boyd) and Lisa Riley (Mandy Dingle) joined together for Isobel’s leaving meal – which also featured the return of a familiar face.
Ryan Hawley, who played Aaron’s (Danny Miller) partner, Robert Sugden, met up with his former co-stars to say goodbye to Isobel – her character of course being Aaron’s sister.
Posting a series of snaps on Twitter, Isobel wrote: ‘My leaving meal. It was such a perfect night xxx’.
Robert Sugden is currently in prison following the death of evil rapist Lee Posner.
After learning Lee had died following a head wound Robert had inflicted on him, he and Aaron decided to go on the run.
However their getaway didn’t go as planned as, in emotional scenes, Robert ended up turning himself in to the police in an effort to save his true love.
