The Married At First Sight UK reunion became so ‘explosive’ that production was ‘forced to step in’ after arguments broke out, it’s been reported.
This season of the E4 reality series has been eventful to say the least, with Adrian Sanderson recently storming out of the final dinner party after a heated blow-up with Matt Murray and Whitney Hughes.
Next week, the reunion episodes are set to air on the channel, which will fill in the gaps of what’s been going on among the couples since the end of the programme.
It’s understood that 20 contestants will come together for a ‘night of mayhem’, which at one point descended into ‘everyone shouting and screaming’ in a chaotic, drama-filled get-together.
‘The reunion is like nothing you’ve seen before – it’s all kicking off,’ a source told The Sun.
‘It’s explosive, let’s just say that the previous dinner parties have got nothing on what’s about to happen.’

The source said that ‘everyone is at the reunion’, adding: ‘At one point everyone was shouting and screaming at someone.’
‘No one could be heard, and everyone was rowing with each other – it was mayhem,’ they continued.
‘Luckily there were no drinks thrown but a lot was consumed.’
However, the chaos reportedly ended up going a step too far, when ‘at one point production had to get involved’.

The people on production supposedly told the stars of the show to ‘shut up’ after a series of quarrels.
‘A lot of people had stuff to get off their chest and the reunion was the perfect opportunity for that,’ the insider remarked.
Fans of the show are waiting with bated breath to discover which couples make it to the end of the process, with some casting doubt on the longevity of Jonathan Wileman and Sophie Brown’s relationship.
Some fear that Jonathan may break Sophie’s heart, after a clip from the show revealed Jonathan looking deeply uncomfortable by Sophie’s declaration of her commitment to him.

Married At First Sight UK next airs tonight at 9pm on E4.
