The jurors heard prosecutor Nick Johnson KC describe Letby, 32 as the “constant malevolent presence” in the hospital’s neonatal unit. The former nurse is accused of murdering seven babies, poising them by injecting them with insulin and on occasion injecting them with milk or air.  

She denies the allegations.
