Meghan Markle wins court appeal over private leaked letter as judges back Sussexes
The Daily Express says MEGHAN MARKLE has triumphed in court as judges have ruled against sending her privacy case to trial.
The Court of Appeal has ruled on the latest stage of the legal battle between Meghan and Associated Newspapers, the publisher of the Mail on Sunday, MailOnline and Daily Mail, over a letter the Duchess sent to her estranged father. Meghan penned the letter to her father in August 2018, extracts of which were published in five articles by the Mail on Sunday and MailOnline in February 2019.
