The i says Meghan Markle further cemented her feminist credentials by marking her 40th birthday with the launch of a global initiative designed to get women back into work.
The Duchess of Cambridge is asking 40 of her most influential contacts to spare just 40 minutes of their time to mentor a woman looking to re-enter the workforce.
The new project, called 40×40, was announced via the Archewell website with a video featuring the actress and comedian Melissa McCarthy.
