UK weather forecast: thunderstorms in south while north stays dry – but warm all round with highs of 23°C
The i says it’s a tale of two halves for UK weather today, with northern areas enjoying dry, warm sunshine while the south prepares for thunderstorms.
The UK as a whole will see warm weather, with highs of 23°C, and Northern Ireland, Scotland and northern parts of England are set to stay dry. But the afternoon will bring heavy rain and thunderstorms for the southerly edge of the UK, with two weather warnings in place.
