BA and Ryanair investigated for not offering refunds for Covid-affected flights

The Daily Mirror says British Airways and Ryanair are being investigated over whether they broke competition laws by not offering refunds to customers who could not legally take flights due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) announced on Wednesday it had opened “enforcement cases” and was probing the airlines.
