Israel-Gaza: Fresh attacks Monday morning, Netanyahu vows to use ‘full force’
Israeli warplanes bombarded Gaza City in what appears to be the heaviest airstrikes since the recent violence began.
Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu has said the bombardment would continue.
The attacks, early Monday, rocked the city for more than 10 minutes and were more intense and covered a broader area. The series of attacks lasted longer than the raids 24 hours earlier which killed 42 Palestinians – the deadliest single attack since the recent violence began.
It has been reported the main coastal road, security compounds and open spaces were among the target hit early on Monday. The airstrikes have damaged a line feeding electricity to large parts of southern Gaza city, according to the power distribution company. There have been no immediate reports of injury.
