The day of the masquerade ball arrives and tensions are running high, with Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) determined to get her happy ending, believing that Rafe Harcourt (Chris Gordon) is about to pop the question.
Little does she know, however, that Camilla Bassington-Hart (Dylan Morris) and Dilly Harcourt (Emma Johnsey-Smith) are planning on sabotaging things for her!
Oh dear.
Ethan Williams (Matthew James Bailey), meanwhile, decides its now or never and, after some advice from Darren Osborne (Ashley Taylor Dawson), he digs deep and finds the utter romantic inside of him, as he musters up the courage to declare his love for Sienna.
Unfortunately it’s not all sweetness and light, as the moment is ruined by Leela Lomax (Kirsty Leigh Porter), who accidentally bumps into Sienna with her car!
Rafe subsequently steals Ethan’s thunder as he swoops into the rescue and, with some assistance from Dilly, gets Sienna a new outfit in time for the ball, and it’s safe to say that all eyes on her when she arrives.

Emotions run high, with Ethan watching the woman he loves more than anything in this world prepare herself for Rafe to pop the question.
But will Sienna get her happy-ever-after?
This is Hollyoaks we’re talking about and, in typical Hollyoaks fashion, we can confirm that there is a twist on the cards.As for what it is, we’re not giving it away so you’ll just have to tune in to find out!

It’s not all about the ball, however, as next week also sees big developments for Peri Lomax (Ruby O’Donnell), who is left contemplating whether or not she should go on the run as everyone starts to question if she had something to do with Rayne Royce’s (Jemma Donovan) death.
But will Peri exit? And did she really kill Rayne?
