More than 1,200,000 suffering with long Covid as cases soar
The Metro says An estimated 1.2 million people in England have reported suffering with long-Covid in the past four weeks.
This is up from 1.1 million last month – a jump of nearly 10%.
The figures reflect ‘the sustained increases in infection rates during August’, the Office for National Statistics said.
