Newlywed Lady Kitty Spencer has spoken out for the first time since her lavish wedding after dad Earl Spencer missed the event.

Princess Diana’s niece was walked down the aisle by her two brothers as she married Michael Lewis in a luxurious ceremony which saw the bride wear five dresses.

The 30-year-old wed Mr Lewis, a wealthy father-of-three who is more than twice her age, in a lavish ceremony in Rome.

Lady Kitty and Mr Lewis, 62, exchanged their vows in front of celebrity guests that included singer Pixie Lott, Made in Chelsea’s Mark Vandelli and Idris Elba’s wife Sabrina at the Villa Aldobrandini on Saturday.
