Meghan and Harry discuss Covid with US ambassador to the United Nations
The Metro says Prince Harry and Meghan Markle continued their first major public appearance since quitting the royal family in New York by meeting the US ambassador to the United Nations.
The Sussexes met Ambassador to the UN Linda Thomas-Greenfield on Thursday afternoon at 50 UN Plaza in midtown Manhattan and had an ‘important discussion’ on the coronavirus, the Daily Mail reported. They also discussed racial justice and mental health issues.
Thomas-Greenfield called the meeting with the pair ‘wonderful’ and tweeted several photos of them speaking in a lounge and posing by the UN Mission.
